1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Social Protection) Order 2010.

2. Mr. Pádraic Ó hUiginn, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Social Protection, Áras Mhic Dhiarmada, Store Street, Dublin 1 on 24 March 2010, is appointed as Special Adviser to the Minister for Social Protection with effect from 24 March 2010.
