1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Tourism, Culture and Sport) Order 2010.
2. Ms Averil Power, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Tourism, Culture and Sport, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Tourism, Culture and Sport with effect from 23 March 2010.
