1. This order may be cited as the Finglas Child and Adolescent Centre (Children Detention School) (Section 163(1)) Order 2010.

2. The Finglas Child and Adolescent Centre, being a children detention school by virtue of

section 159

of the

Children Act 2001

(No. 24 of 2001), shall cease to be such a school as and from 31 March 2010.
