S.I. No. 449/2010 - Intoxicating Liquor Act 2008 (Commencement) Order 2010.

1. This Order may be cited as the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2008 (Commencement) Order 2010.

2. The 1st October 2010 is fixed as the day on which

section 14

of the

Intoxicating Liquor Act 2008

(No. 17 of 2008) in so far as it relates to inserting section 37C into the

Intoxicating Liquor Act 1988

(No. 16 of 1988) shall come into operation.
