1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (European Economic Interest Groupings) (Amendment) Regulations 2010.

(2) These Regulations and the European Communities (European Economic Interest Groupings) Regulations 1989 (

S.I. No. 191 of 1989

) may be cited together as the European Communities (European Economic Interest Groupings) Regulations 1989 and 2010.

2. The European Communities (European Economic Interest Groupings) Regulations 1989 are amended by deleting Regulation 13.

These Regulations amend the European Communities (European Economic Interest Groupings) Regulations 1989 by deleting Regulation 13 in order to remove the cap of 20 on the permissible number of members of an European Economic Interest Groupings (EEIG)
