1. (1) This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency Act 1990 (Social Welfare and Pensions Act 2009) Delegation of Functions Order 2010.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on 17 February 2010.

2. The functions of the Minister for Finance under

section 22

(5) of the

Social Welfare and Pensions Act 2009

, being functions of the Minister for Finance specified at paragraph (

u

) of the

First Schedule

to the

National Treasury Management Agency Act 1990

(inserted by

section 22

(11) of the

Social Welfare and Pensions Act 2009

), are delegated to the National Treasury Management Agency.
