1. These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Licensing of Drivers) (Amendment) Regulations 2010.

2. The Road Traffic (Licensing of Drivers) Regulations 2006 (

S.I. No. 537 of 2006

) are amended, in Regulation 32(4)(

b

), by substituting for the Table thereto the following

Consequent on the extension of recognition by the State, for the purposes of exchange for Irish driving licences, to driving licences (with certain qualifications) issued by the competent authorities of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and New Zealand, these regulations amend the list of recognised country codes to include codes for New Zealand and the Republic of China (Taiwan).
