1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Psychoactive Substances) Act 2010 (Commencement) Order 2010.

2. The 23rd day of August 2010 is appointed as the day on which the

Criminal Justice (Psychoactive Substances) Act 2010

(No. 22 of 2010) shall come into operation.
