S.I. No. 348/2010 - Trust or Company Service Provider (Authorisation) (Fees) Regulations 2010.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Trust or Company Service Provider (Authorisation) (Fees) Regulations 2010.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 15 July 2010.

2. In these Regulations “Act” means the

Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act 2010

(No. 6 of 2010).

3. The amount of €130 is prescribed as the fee in respect of an application for an authorisation made under section 88 of the Act.

4. The amount of €130 is prescribed as the fee in respect of an application for the renewal of an authorisation made under section 92 of the Act.
