1. This Order may be cited as the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act 1993 (Section 21(1)) Order 2010.

2. The

Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act 1993

is amended—

(

a

) in the First Schedule, by inserting “Dublin Docklands Development Authority” after “Defence Forces Canteen Board”, and

(

b

) in the Second Schedule, by deleting “Custom House Docks Development Authority”.
