1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Pension Rights Order 2010.
2. The later date specified for the purposes of section 3(1)(

)(ii) of the
Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (No. 2) Act 2009
(No. 41 of 2009) is 31 December 2011.

I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3(1)(
b
)(ii) of the
Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (No. 2) Act 2009
(No. 41 of 2009) and having taken into account such legal, superannuation and personnel management issues effecting public service bodies and having consulted the persons and bodies, as I consider appropriate, hereby order as follows
