S.I. No. 89/2009 - Harbours Act 1996 (Westport Port and Harbour Commissioners) Transfer Order 2009

1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act 1996 (Westport Port and Harbour Commissioners) Transfer Order 2009.

2. This Order comes into operation on 30 March 2009.

3. The property, rights and liabilities and every member of staff of Westport Port and Harbour Commissioners are transferred to Mayo County Council.

), and with the consent of the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, hereby order as follows
