S.I. No. 65/2009 - Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) (Amendment) Regulations 2009

1. These regulations may be cited as the Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) (Amendment) Regulations 2009.

2. The Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) Regulations 1998 to 2008 and these regulations may be cited together as the Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) Regulations 1998 to 2009.

3. Regulation 2 of the Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) Regulations 1998 (

S.I. No. 216 of 1998

), as amended by the Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 (

S.I. No. 30 of 2008

), is further amended by the substitution of “25th day of February 2010” for “25th day of February 2009”.
