1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (Amendments of Planning and Development Act 2000) (Commencement) Order 2009.

2. The day fixed as the day on which Chapter 1 of Part 5 of the

Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008

(No. 15 of 2008) comes into operation is 4 January 2010.
