S.I. No. 473/2009 - European Communities (Rail Passengers’ Rights and Obligations) (Domestic Passenger Rail Services) (Exemption) Regulations 2009

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Rail Passengers’ Rights and Obligations) (Domestic Passenger Rail Services) (Exemption) Regulations 2009.

2. Domestic rail passenger services in the State which do not cross the borders of the State are exempt, until 4 December 2014, from the application of Regulation (EC) No. 1371/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 1 .
