1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (Part 2) (Establishment Day) Order 2009.

2. The day appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of Part 2 of the

Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008

(No. 15 of 2008) is 1 December 2009.
