S.I. No. 458/2009 - Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (Parts 3, 4, 5 and Section 115(2)) (Commencement) Order 2009

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (Parts 3, 4, 5 and section 115(2)) (Commencement) Order 2009.

2. The day fixed as the day on which Part 3 (other than sections 58 and 61), Part 4, Part 5 (other than Chapter 1) and

section 115

(2) of the

Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008

(No. 15 of 2008) come into operation is 1 December 2009.
