S.I. No. 451/2009 - European Union Act 2009 (Commencement) Order 2009

1. This Order may be cited as the European Union Act 2009 (Commencement) Order 2009.

2. The 1st day of December 2009 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the

European Union Act 2009

(No. 33 of 2009) shall come into operation

(

a

) sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7; and

(

b

) section 9.

This Order appoints the 1st day of December 2009 as the day on which

come into operation.
