1. This Order may be cited as the
Criminal Justice Act 2006
(Commencement) Order 2009.

2. The 1st day of August 2009 is appointed as the day on which sections 28, 30, 32 and 33 of the
Criminal Justice Act 2006
(No. 26 of 2006) shall come into operation.
