Statutory Text (4 Articles)
1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) Regulations 2009.
(2) These Regulations come into operation on 1 September 2009.
2. The Control of Exports (Goods and Technology) Order 2009 (
S.I. No. 305 of 2009
) shall extend to the Customs-free Airport.
3. The Customs-Free Airport (Extension of Laws) Regulations 2005 (
S.I. No. 885 of 2005
) are revoked.
The Minister for Transport consents to the making of the foregoing Regulations.

The effect of these Regulations is to extend the provisions of the Control of Exports (Goods and Technology) Order 2009 (
S.I. No. 305 of 2009
) to the Customs-free Airport.

(No. 5 of 1947) (as adapted by the Enterprise and Employment (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 1997 (
S.I. No. 305 of 1997
)) and with the consent of the Minister for Transport and the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following regulations
