S.I. No. 299/2009 - Electricity Regulation Act 1999 (Appointment of Person To Calculate Power To Heat Ratios of Combined Heat and Power Units) Order 2009

1. This Order may be cited as the Electricity Regulation Act 1999 (Appointment of Person to Calculate Power to Heat Ratios of Combined Heat and Power Units) Order 2009.

2. This Order comes into operation on 30th July 2009.

3. The Commission for Energy Regulation is appointed to calculate and certify the actual power to heat ratios of the cogeneration technologies specified in Annex 1 to Directive 2004/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004 1
