1. This Order may be cited as the Pharmacy Act 2007 (Commencement) Order 2009.

2. The 1st day of August 2009 is appointed as the day on which the

Pharmacy Act 2007

(No. 20 of 2007) shall come into operation insofar as it is not already in operation.
