S.I. No. 28/2009 - Harbours Act, 1996 (Youghal Harbour) Transfer Order 2009

1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act, 1996 (Youghal Harbour) Transfer Order, 2009.

2. This Order shall come into effect on the 1 February 2009.

3. There are hereby transferred to Youghal Town Council, in its capacity as town council, all the property, rights and liabilities, and every member of staff of the said council in its capacity as harbour authority for Youghal Harbour.

S.I. No. 319 of 2008

), with the consent of the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, hereby order as follows
