S.I. No. 242/2009 - Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2009

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2009.

2. The 1st day of July 2009 is appointed as the day upon which section 33A (inserted by

section 5

of the

Public Health (Tobacco) (Amendment) Act 2004

(No. 6 of 2004)) of the

Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2002

(No. 6 of 2002) shall come into operation.
