1. This Order may be cited as the Arts, Sport and Tourism (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2009.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism conferred on him by or under the

Heritage Fund Act 2001

(No. 44 of 2001) are delegated to Martin Mansergh, Minister of State at the Department of Arts, Sport and Tourism.
