1. This Order may be cited as the

Health Insurance (Amendment) Act 2001

(Commencement) Order 2009.

2. The 9th day of June 2009 is appointed as the day on which—

(

a

) sections 5 and 13 (in so far as they are not already in operation),

and

(

b

) sections 6 and 7,

of the

Health Insurance (Amendment) Act 2001

(No. 17 of 2001) shall come into operation.
