1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources) Order 2009.

Suzanne Duke, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, is appointed to be Special Adviser to Conor Lenihan, Minister of State at the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources with effect from 22 April 2009.
