1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources) Order 2009.

2. Stephen O’Connor, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources with effect from 29 June 2009.
