1. This Order may be cited as the

Patents (Amendment) Act 2006

(Certain Provisions) (Commencement) Order 2009.

2. The 21st day of May 2009 is appointed as the day on which the provisions of the

Patents (Amendment) Act 2006

(No. 31 of 2006) specified in the Schedule come into operation.

Sections 6, 8, 9, 26, 27, 28 and 30.
