S.I. No. 136/2009 - Navan Town Boundary Alteration Order 2009

1. This Order may be cited as the Navan Town Boundary Alteration Order 2009.

2. This Order shall come into operation on 1 May 2009.

3. The areas shown as “relevant areas” on the map attached to this Order titled “Navan Town Council” and date stamped 9 March 2009 shall be included in and form part of Navan Town and the boundary of Navan Town shall accordingly stand altered in accordance with that map.

This Order extends the boundary of Navan Town from 1 May 2009. It should be read together with a separate Order, the Navan Town Boundary Alteration (Supplementary) Order 2009 (

S.I. No. 137 of 2009

) which contains supplementary provisions related to the boundary extension.
