1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Control on Mussel Fishing) (Amendment) 2009.
2. The European Communities (Control on Mussel Fishing) Regulations 2008 (
S.I. No. 347 of 2008
) are amended by the substitution, in the Schedule for “Regulation 4(1)”, of “Regulation 3(1)”.
