S.I. No. 73/2008 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment) (No. 2) Order 2008

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment) (No. 2) Order 2008.

2. Mr. Jerry O’Connor, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2 on 20 June 2007, is appointed as Special Adviser to Mr. Billy Kelleher, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, with effect from 20 June 2007.
