1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment) Order 2008.

2. Mr. Christopher Mannion, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2 on 14 June 2007, is appointed as Special Adviser to the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment with effect from 14 June 2007.
