S.I. No. 517/2008 - European Communities (Foodstuffs) (Accession of Bulgaria and Romania) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2008

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Foodstuffs) (Accession of Bulgaria and Romania) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2008.

2. A reference in Regulations made under the

European Communities Act 1972

to Council Directive No. 89/108/EEC of 21 December 1988 is construed and has effect as if the reference is a reference to that Directive as amended by the Annex to Council Directive 2006/107/EC of 20 November 2006.

3. The European Communities (Foodstuffs) (Accession of Bulgaria and Romania) Regulations 2008 (

S.I. No. 392 of 2008

) is revoked.
