1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Health and Children) Order 2008.

2. Patricia Ryan and Derek Cunningham, particulars of whose addresses have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Health and Children, are appointed to be Special Advisers to the Minister for Health and Children with effect from 7 May 2008.
