1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Foreign Affairs) Order 2008.

2. David Grant, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Foreign Affairs, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Dick Roche, Minister of State at the Department of Foreign Affairs with effect from 7 May 2008.
