S.I. No. 479/2008 - Health and Children (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 3) Order 2008

1. This Order may be cited as the Health and Children (Delegation of Ministerial Functions (No. 3) Order 2008.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Health and Children conferred on her by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule are delegated to Barry Andrews, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children.
