This order is made under

Section 6

(1) of the

Credit Institutions (Financial Support) Act 2008

(the Act) which provides that the Minister may provide financial support in respect of covered liabilities of any credit institution or subsidiary which the Minister may specify by order. The institution named in this further order is a covered institution under the Credit Institutions (Financial Support) Scheme 2008 which was made by the Minister pursuant to section 6(4) of the Act.
