1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment) (No. 3) Order 2008.

2. Mr. Sean Fitzpatrick, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2 on 13 May 2008 is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Dr. Jimmy Devins, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, with effect from 13 May 2008.
