1. This Order may be cited as the

Passports Act 2008

(Commencement) Order 2008.

2. The 1st day of November 2008 is appointed as the day on which the

Passports Act 2008

(No. 4 of 2008), other than subsections (8) and (9) of section 14, comes into operation.
