EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation.)
This Scheme applies to the Foreign Post service and shall be operative from the 3rd day of March 2008. It authorises certain amendments to and increases in the postage rates for letters, packets and other services.
6. The entries in the Second Schedule to this Scheme are hereby substituted for the entries in the Second Schedule (as inserted by Regulation 6 of Scheme No. 41) to the Principal Warrant.
