1. This Order may be cited as the

Criminal Justice (Mutual Assistance) Act 2008

(Commencement) Order 2008.

2. The 1st day of September 2008 is appointed as the day on which the

Criminal Justice (Mutual Assistance) Act 2008

(No. 7 of 2008), other than Part 3, comes into operation.
