S.I. No. 32/2008 - European Communities (Foot and Mouth Disease) (Restriction on Imports from Cyprus) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2008

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Foot and Mouth Disease) (Restriction on imports from Cyprus) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2008.

2. The European Communities (Foot and Mouth Disease) (Restriction on imports from Cyprus) Regulations 2007 (

S.I. No. 756 of 2007

) are amended in Regulation 2(1) by the substitution for the definition of “Commission Decision” (inserted by the European Communities (Foot and Mouth Disease) (Restriction on imports from Cyprus) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2008 (

S.I. No. 16 of 2008

)) of—

“ ‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision No. 2007/718/EC of 6 November 2007, Commission Decision No. 2008/65/EC of 17 January 2008 and Commission Decision No 2008/71/EC of 22 January 2008;”.

3. The European Communities (Foot and Mouth Disease) (Restriction on imports From Cyprus) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2008 (

S.I. No. 16 of 2008

) are revoked.
