1. This Order may be cited as the Butter Exporting (Examination) (Revocation) Order 2008.

2. The Butter Exporting (Examination) Order 1931 (S.R. & O. No. 44 of 1931) and the Butter Exporting (Examination) Order 1931 (Amendment) Order 1935 (

S.I. No. 83 of 1935

) are revoked.
