1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform) (No. 2) Order 2008.

2. Mr. Ciarán Ó Cuinn, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Justice, Equality & Law Reform, 94 St. Stephen's Green, Dublin 2 on 8 May 2008, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform with effect from 7 May 2008.
