1. This Order may be cited as the Education and Science (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2008.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Education and Science conferred on him by or under the

Youth Work Act 2001

(No. 42 of 2001) (other than section 18 and the Schedule) are delegated to Barry Andrews, Minister of State at the Department of Education and Science.
