1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports from Slovakia) (No. 2) (Revocation) Regulations 2008.

2. The European Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports from Slovakia) (No. 2) Regulations 2008 (

S.I. No. 163 of 2008

) and the European Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports from Slovakia) (No. 2) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 (

S.I. No. 214 of 2008

) are revoked.
