S.I. No. 269/2008 - European Communities (Export and Import of Certain Dangerous Chemicals) (Industrial Chemicals) (Enforcement) (Revocation) Regulations 2008

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Export and Import of Certain Dangerous Chemicals) (Industrial Chemicals) (Enforcement) (Revocation) Regulations 2008.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 15 July 2008 2008.

2. The European Communities (Export and Import of Certain Dangerous Chemicals) (Industrial Chemicals) (Enforcement) Regulations 2002 (

S.I. No. 395 of 2002

) are revoked.
