1. This Order may be cited as the

Defence (Amendment) Act 2007

(Commencement) Order 2008.

2. The 1st day of September 2008 is appointed as the day upon which the

Defence (Amendment) Act 2007

(No. 24 of 2007) shall, in so far as it is not already in operation, come into operation.

with effect from 1 September 2008.
