1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Classical Swine Fever) (Restriction on Imports from Slovakia) (No. 2) (Amendment) Regulations 2008.

2. The European Communities (Classical Swine Fever)(Restriction on Imports from Slovakia) (No. 2) Regulations 2008 (

S.I. No. 163 of 2008

) are amended, in Regulation 2(1) by the substitution for the definition of “Commission Decision”, of—

“ ‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision No. 2008/377/EC of 8 May 2008 and Commission Decision No. 2008/419/EC of 30 May 2008”.
